Sue Kolock, BSW  is the Adoptive Parent Department Supervisor and Family Advocate. Sue is a graduate of State University College at Buffalo with a degree in Social Work. Sue has been dedicated to a career with foster and adoptive families. Her involvement with this career spans ten years. She feels she has grown as a person due to the many challenges she has helped her clients work through, and the many celebrations she has been a part of. Sue has admiration for the commitment and dedications shown to the children her families have parented. It is due to their strength and perseverance that she and her husband decided to adopt their daughter.

She has been an active member of CAFFA, having been the Treasurer for five years. Her involvement with this Coalition has allowed her to meet many other professionals in the field who have shared wonderful stories of successful adoptions.

Being from a large extended family, Sue likes to be surrounded by activity. This activity includes family gatherings, volleyball and camping. Reading is one of Sue’s favorite pastimes.
