Sue Shaw, BS  is the Birth Parent Specialist. Sue has worked in the human services field for over a decade. Sue states, "I have discovered a passion for the field of adoption and believe that it is my calling in life."

Sue has been an active member of CAFFA (Coalition of Adoption and Foster Family Agencies) and has participated on several CAFFA committees on behalf of Adoption STAR.

Sue works directly with expectant parents providing them counseling, referrals and support throughout their pregnancies. Expectant parents who select adoption will work with Sue to make an adoption plan that includes selecting an adoptive family.

Sue and her husband live in Cheektowaga, NY with their 2 dogs and 1 cat. Sue enjoys motorcycle riding, skiing and spending time with family and friends.
