Susan Thomas
is the Nepal Adoption Specialist.
Susan is the adoptive mother of two children from Nepal and has a deep passion for Nepal, its culture, people, and most of all its children.
It is through her long career in the fashion business and pursuit of her spiritual path that she was first introduced to Southeast Asia and
its culture. Through the adoption of her own two children she gained first hand experience and knowledge of Nepal and the steps involved in
facilitating such an adoption. Susan’s commitment and love for the children of Nepal is what drew her into the work as a Nepal Adoption
Specialist, this work is truly her passion. Susan is dedicated to improving the lives of orphaned children in Nepal and supports these
children when ever possible by coordinating Fundraisers to help with the children’s basic day to day needs and in assisting in improvement
of their education.
Susan lives in Brooklyn with her family. She is fully dedicated to her children, Srijana and Neela. She feels it is very important that they have a strong understanding of their origin so they can better understand who they are and continue to grow as happy and loving beings. Susan also looks forward with great anticipation and excitement to the day in the not so far
future when she will return to Nepal with both Srijana and Neela and share with them the incredible place from where they came and the journey they have taken!
