Michael Hill, MS  is the Project Lead for the Infant Adoption Awareness Training Project, a position that affords him the opportunity to help ensure health care professionals across New York State are well educated on the option of adoption. Michael is especially passionate about all things related to adoption, as he himself is an adoptive father.

Michael holds a B.A. in social work from Luther College and an M.S. in human services administration from Buffalo State College. Michael has worked in a variety of different non-profit organizations throughout Western New York, including AIDS Community Services, Olmsted Center for Sight, St. Mary’s School for the Deaf and Upstate New York Transplant Services.

Michael resides in Buffalo, New York with his partner Scott and their son Elijah. Michael’s favorite pastimes include singing (he’s a choir member at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Buffalo), playing tennis, gardening and taking Elijah for long stroller rides around the neighborhood.
