Karen Myers Baldwin, L.C.S.W., R.P.T.  is the Adoption S.T.A.R. Florida Program Director.

Karen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive counseling experience. Karen’s previous experiences include counseling in a private practice setting with children and their families as well as school-based counseling with a focus on play therapy. Karen has been a Registered Play Therapist since 1998.

Karen’s kind disposition and clinical skills is an asset when working with both birth parents and adoptive parents. She works directly with clients providing them counseling, referrals and support throughout their adoption journey.

Karen and her husband live in North Palm Beach, Florida with her two children and four step-children. Karen enjoys reading, cooking, ballet, running and traveling.
