Sara Greenberg has been with Adoption S.T.A.R. since its inception. As an Adoption Supervisor and Family Advocate, Sara supervises both the adoptive parent and birth parent pre-placement departments. She works directly with prospective adoptive clients by conducting initial consultations, attending the home study educational classes, and working with clients during their "waiting" period. Sara also discusses potential child referrals with clients.

Sara is known as an out-spoken and committed advocate for people with special needs. Sara’s work at the agency includes helping to facilitate special needs adoptions, teaching the child referral class and the child identity class.

Sara is most impressed with Adoption S.T.A.R., "Because we are so passionate about finding the perfect family for each individual infant. Even a newborn, we value as an individual and will never turn even the youngest baby away because he or she is thought to be hard-to-place."

Sara lives in Buffalo, NY with her husband and two pugs: Habibi and Abner. Sara enjoys working with children, traveling, taking pictures, and Middle Eastern food!
