Adoption STAR is committed to offering individualized and personalized support, training, advocacy and resources for all those in need. The agency believes that adoption does not end with the placement of a child, but rather it begins. Adoption is a life long journey and Adoption STAR provides support and counseling for birth parents and adoptive parents throughout the adoption process, as well as ongoing post placement support and consultation.

Adoption STAR is celebrating its twentieth year helping children find their “forever families.” On Saturday, May 2, 2020, Adoption STAR will be holding a gala celebration, “20 in 20: A Platinum Birthday” at Atrium @ Rich’s in Buffalo, NY. The event is designed to celebrate the agency, to honor both birth parents and adoptive parents, and to recognize other important individuals who have made the agency’s first twenty years a success.
