The Adoption STAR Adoptive Family Picnic is less then one month away. The picnic will take place on Sunday, August 5, from 1 pm – 4 pm at Ellicott Creek Park (Shelters 10A and 10B.)
The Picnic is always one of the best days of the year with lots of fun activities for the kids and is a great place to connect and network with other families who have gone through similar adoption experiences.
This year, as an added bonus, local theater group, the Nimals, will be putting on a puppet show for everyone at 2:30. The Nimals will also be in attendance throughout the picnic to interact with the children.
