Sometimes Adoption STAR is made aware of special situations where there are children with another agency who are needing to find a family quickly.
Yesterday, was one of these times. We learned of two little boys in China who are are 10 and 12 years old. Edward, age 12, has repaired Cleft lip and Palate, and Percy, age 10, has a repaired heart condition.The placing agency is Madison Adoption Associates in Wilmington, DE it is the agency’s hope that we can find a family who will adopt them together. MAA will waive their agency fee for their adoption as well.
