The Adoption STAR Shining STAR Event is less then one month away, on Wednesday, November 2, at Shea’s Performing Arts Center, in Buffalo, NY. For more information on the event you can visit the Shining STAR section of the Adoption STAR website.
If you visit the Adoption STAR Facebook page you will notice that our new profile picture is promoting the Shining STAR event. You can also show your support for the Shining STAR Event by making this picture your Facebook profile picture until the event, November 2.
Steps to changing your Facebook Profile Picture:
- Right click on the photo below and click “save image as”
- Give the picture a title and save it onto your desktop
- Log on to Facebook and go to your profile
- Scroll your mouse over top right corner of your profile picture and click “change picture”
- Follow Facebook’s instructions to changing the profile picture

If you would like to attend the Shining STAR event please send a check for $35 per ticket to the Adoption STAR offices at 47 Plaza Dr. Williamsville, NY 14221. You can make the check out to “Adoption STAR” and put “Shining STAR” on the memo line. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone there! If you can not attend but would still like to make a donation to the event, you can do so by mailing a check made out to “Adoption STAR” with “Shining STAR” in the memo line to the same address.
