All About Adopting An Older Child (Part 1)

There are over 400,000 kids in foster care and about 125,000 of those children are legally freed for adoption. This means that reunification with their biological families and permanent placement with their foster families is no longer a possibility. They are in need of permanent, forever homes – and we are on a mission to make that happen!

Tune into this podcast episode with guest host, Zack Fried, and Michele Fried to learn all about why older child adoption is important, how the A-OK (Adopt an Older Kid) Program was born, and how you can get involved.

This is part 1 of 2. Be on the lookout soon for our next interview on A-OK with guest, Christine Miller.

Remember, May is National Foster Care Month!
