I DO Love Buffalo is having a FREE open photo shoot this weekend….and Adoption STAR families and friends are invited!
In 2014, I DO Love Buffalo held the Buffalo/Niagara region’s first ever LGBT business/event Expo. The event was a huge success, and the organization donated its ticket sale proceeds to the Pride Center of Western New York. I DO Love Buffalo is at it again in 2015, and this time around they’re having an LGBT wedding and event expo at Shea’s Performing Arts Center on Thursday, May 28th. Please be sure to SAVE THE DATE and stop by to say “hi” to the Adoption STAR staff that will be in attendance at the event.
Soda Kuczkowski and Heather Bellini are the duo behind I DO Love Buffalo, and these incredible women recently announced that Adoption STAR is their 2015 charity partner (and will be the recipient of ticket sales proceeds from their event in May). A huge “thank you” to Soda and Heather for their willingness to support Adoption STAR, an agency that’s consistently been a vocal proponent of both marriage equality and LGBT families in general.
There’s another fantastic way that I DO Love Buffalo plans to support Adoption STAR, and it’s happening in advance of their big expo event. This weekend (Saturday, March 7th to be specific), I DO Love Buffalo is hosting a FREE open photo shoot from 11am to 3pm at Templeton Landing’s Grand Ballroom (2 Templeton Terrace, Buffalo, NY). All models must wear a plain white t-shirt and jeans. 10-20 frames will be taken of each group. Final photos will be available for purchase at http://idolovebuffalo.com/ in 4-6 weeks. All proceeds will be donated to Adoption STAR. Each person photographed will be asked to sign a release, as photos will be used for I DO Love Buffalo event promotion.
